Personally and I havent followed the wiki that much lately, but I have a feeling the BOS will be around but will be keeping to themselves while NCR and Cesars legion fight it out with the possibility to come across ex enclave soldiers such as the guy in grayditch. I dont think the enclave would get involve with a power struggle between two to possibly three strong advisaries. Doesnt look too bright for the enclave to really be in the game considering NCR was (probably still is) at war with the BOS and theres that pesty war with Cesars Legion that the NCR is fighting as well.
